GE Healthcare

This billboard displayed on the NASDAQ tower in times square was part of a campaign to celebrate the women engineers of GE Healthcare. Going live on International Women in Engineering Day.

Instead of seeing the obstructive windows throughtout the billboard as an obstacle to the design, I used them as a solution. A vacant space for future women to fill.

This campaign had a huge impact for the company and lead to some significant outcomes:

  • 13.63% increase in page visits to the GE HealthCare careers website 

  • 9.47% increase in job seekers on the site and a 5.19% increase in new job seekers

  • The most popular job query was Software Engineer, a key role for the business

  • An 8.97% organic engagement rate on social media, 0.84% higher than the platform average in Q2

  • 200K impressions via organic social media
